You can pick up your lockbox from the front desk. You will get a 4 digit code to unlock the box.
Return the box to the front desk.
If you want to keep the box and move it to another property. Inform the front desk of the change and provide the new address.

The Team Meeting is a monthly meeting of all of the agents in the market center. Everyone who is a part of our Wilmington/Kennett Square offices should plan to attend.
Team Lead Ashley Falkowski will lead the meeting. There will be updates on KWRI, the region, and our market center. We will review market stats, new technology, new events, and trainings. Sometimes speakers will be invited.

Each Friday the front desk will send an email with the follow week’s training schedule and links.

KW Wilmington has its own “rainy day” fund similar to the KW Cares fund to help out our agents in their times of need.
This money only goes to agents in our market center
In the past, we have helped agents who have had medical emergencies, car accidents, family tragedies, etc.
You can contribute several ways
A set amount off of each commission check i.e. $20
A donation amount in the form of adding to your monthly bill (talk to Trish)
Helping set up a fundraiser
Volunteering your time to cover agents who need a helping hand with closings/showings/etc.
